In the quest "Boethiah's Calling", there is a part in which a humanoid character must sacrifice to call upon the Daedric Goddess.

 

There are two choices:

 

1) To kill all the cultists 

 

2) The player is asked to lead someone to sacrifice 

 

Although both choices require killing, there is a difference. In choosing the first option, there is a higher degree of violence in that the player is killing all the cultists. However, in the second option, the player is asked to sacrifice a single person. Therefore, the level of violence is much lower.
